Who wins?

Chrome Favourite Manga One Punch Man	I'd figure Coola at his 100% to also be around the 100 million mark, and Vegeta would be slightly superior to that if he transformed (being "over 2 million" in base by my guess). So Vegeta's already got the edge, but definitely has the fight in the bag once 100% begins to drain away Coola's strength and stamina. If Coola uses his new super form though, then Vegeta's boned.

Goku never even mentions Cooler being close to Frieza ki wise. No one says Cooler's ki is great either before he transforms, despite King Cold being considered great. King Cold>Suppressed Mecha Freeza>Cooler Granted, I might be selling Cooler short but hax is not necessary for this. I have Cooler somewhat superior to Mecha Freeza when he transforms

Statements are not always needed to prove power. Any placement of Cooler is conjecture when it comes to his fourth form. We know that he wasn't using his 100% power, because his muscles were not bulked up, but who is to say that he wasn't using 70%, or something similar to that. Not to mention Cooler says he can understand how Goku beat Freeza, without knowing about his Super Saiyan technique, or Kaioken for that matter. So what it comes down to is this semi-suppressed Cooler and Goku should both be near Freeza in power at the least. Edited by SSJ, Dec 30 2013, 12:19 AM.

"Hey, my brother walks around suppressed and would need to to use 5% of his power to beat him, it's be easy for this Saiyan to kill him " Not to mention that Cooler's muscle structure means little. He mastered his Final Form, it's very likely he doesn't need to bulk up either

Google Chrome	3,000,000,000 is more my level for ASSJ Vegeta (@Semi-Perfect Cell) But it doesn't really matter, we all agree that Cooler loses in Base Form and crushes Vegeta when he transforms
